I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated having you as my real estate agents during the sale of my home. Not only am I thrilled that the house sold for top dollar, but also your help and professionalism during the escrow period went above and beyond the call of duty. I interviewed six real estate agents before I signed with you, and they said the same thing: the house will take about 45 days to sell and they were charging 5-6 percent. They claimed that the extra commission I paid them would be worth it because they were better than Help-U-Sell because they were “real” real estate agents, better at negotiation, and that they did more marketing. None of this was true. I don’t believe I could have gotten a better team than Help U Sell, and I still saved over $22,000. I was almost fooled.
